JKD Puerto Rico      Jeet Kune Do
Jeet Kune Do is the way of the intercepting fist (foot, kick, elbow, knee, etc). It is an art bound by no style and one that can adapt to any style or method.

Jeet Kune Do is non-traditional, ever improving, and ever flowing. It is simple, direct, and effective without wasted motion or unnecessary movements.

Jeet Kune Do uses all ways and is bound by none, and likewise, uses any means which serve its end.

Jeet Kune Do avoids the superficial, penetrates the complex, goes to the heart of the problem and pinpoints the key factors.

Jeet Kune Do varies with each practitioner and is alive with, and infused in broken rhythm.

Jeet Kune Do is the total cultivation of the martial spirit, which uses no way as the way, and no limit as limit. Jeet Kune Do is the scientific approach to unarmed combat developed by Bruce Lee and is the end result of Bruce Lee lifelong devotion to martial arts.
